Careers

We staff a seasoned team and extensive network of niche specialists that seek to produce great things in a trust-forward environment where transparency and equity are of the utmost importance. Yes, we work hard to produce great work, but we believe the best way to produce great work is to work hard for one another and show up for our communities and the planet we all share. TLDR; we only hire really nice folks.

Responsible resourcing and fearless transparency are what make Johnnie a great team to work for. Trust and empathy are what make Johnnie a great team to work with.

Johnnie teammates are provided stellar equipment, flexible work environments, growth opportunities, and industry-leading benefits.

We can’t wait to meet you.

Working at Johnnie has been so refreshing—I feel like we are truly able to partner with our clients, working to help meet their goals and implement stronger strategies. This is something I’ve seen promised many times elsewhere, but not executed. I’ve really enjoyed seeing how this works in practice, as strategy grounds everything we do with our clients.

A great team makes you love coming to work every day, drives you to do your best, and pushes you to grow – this team has done all of that and more and I count myself lucky every day to work with them.
